Hi, I'm Brooke LeBourgeois, and I'm grateful I get to share the benefits of yoga with others. As a 25 year practitioner, and a 12 year instructor, I have explored many different styles of yoga. I have always connected with the artful blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness.  However, after the first five years into my practice, I noticed that although I was advancing in the poses physically, I wasn't expanding my knowledge in the core principals of yoga.  In 2012 I received my 200HR training certificate and have since continued  creating a more intelligent, spritful and sustainable approach to my practice as well as my teaching.

I have been fortunate enough to work with highly skilled teachers during my journey as a yoga practitioner which has helped develop and shape my techniques as a teacher of yoga.  I encourage intelligent movement to build strength, balance and flexibility while allowing time to explore and observe alignment within the poses. 

​

Although every practitioner I teach is unique in their challenges and goals, my intention with each and everyone is the same: we leave our mats feeling more like ourselves than when we arrived.
